why is this not class warfare?  Its evil to earn money, rise up via the American Dream, and not get assailed for supplanting your &quot;fair share&quot; backwards.  I wonder what a fair share might be?  50% and a punch in the back of the head for &quot;exploiting&quot; everyone else on the way up.</description>
