Inflation has long been a contentious topic in the U.S., not really abating at any point since the 1960′s. Do you think teachers should get tax breaks, pay increases, or other subsidies? It is often stated that teachers are underpaid, but they are the ones educating the future of America. How can this be? In an article by renouned columnist Thomas Friedman, he argues that part of the upcoming $1 trillion economic stimulus bill should be directed towards teachers.
